Here's When 'Dangerously Cold' Wind Chills Will Arrive: MN Weather
Very cold wind chills as low as 35 below expected, the NWS said, causing frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

MINNESOTA — "Dangerously cold wind chills" are expected to hit Minnesota this weekend. The National Weather Service has issued a cold weather advisory starting 9 p.m. Saturday and lasting through 12 p.m. on Tuesday.
Very cold wind chills as low as 35 below expected, the NWS said, causing frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. The temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
"Dress in layers including a hat, face mask, and gloves if you must go outside," the NWS warned. "Keep pets indoors as much as possible. Make frequent checks on older family, friends, and neighbors. Ensure portable heaters are used correctly. Do not use generators or grills inside."

Counties included in the cold weather advisory are: Mille Lacs, Kanabec, Stearns, Benton, Sherburne, Isanti, Chisago, Meeker, Wright, Hennepin, Anoka, Ramsey, Washington, McLeod, Sibley, Carver, Scott, Dakota, Brown, Nicollet, Le Sueur, Rice, Goodhue, Watonwan, Blue Earth, Waseca, Steele, Martin, Faribault, Freeborn, Polk, Barron, Rusk, St. Croix, Pierce, Dunn, Pepin, Chippewa, Eau Claire, including the cities of St. James, St. Cloud, Victoria, Stillwater, Albert Lea, Center City, Hudson, Menomonie, Elk River, Sauk Rapids, Le Sueur, Mankato, Gaylord, St. Paul, Eau Claire.
