MADISON, WI —The Minnesota Golden Gophers will battle the Wisconsin Badgers on Black Friday in college football's oldest and most intense rivalries, as they vie for Paul Bunyan’s Axe and a potential shift in postseason fortunes.

For Minnesota (6-5), the stakes are equally high. Not only are they looking to reclaim the prized trophy, but they also have the chance to end Wisconsin’s 21-year streak of bowl appearances.
