Justin Jefferson Injury Update: MN Vikings WR 'Not Overly Concerned'
Justin Jefferson told the media after the game that his injury was minor, compared to what it looked like on the field.

MINNEAPOLIS — Minnesota Vikings star wide receiver Justin Jefferson is "not overly concerned" about the leg injury that forced him out early in the third quarter of Sunday's win over the San Francisco 49ers.
Jefferson told the media after the game that his injury was minor, compared to what it looked like on the field: "Just a little thigh bruise, contusion, whatever you want to call it. It's something that happens a lot during football."
He added, "I've just got to get it feeling better and be ready to go next week."

Jefferson was the talk of the league Sunday after catching a 97-yard touchdown on a pass from Sam Darnold, thrown from Minnesota's own end zone.
"It was a great, great ball by Sam to really trust the double team and for me to run right through it," Jefferson said. "As soon as I caught that ball and saw all that open space, I thought, 'I can't get tackled.'"
