MN Timberwolves' Semifinals Opponent, Playoff Schedule Set

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — The Minnesota Timberwolves are moving on in the playoffs, and now the semifinals schedule is set.

Minnesota will face Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, Jimmy Butler, and the rest of the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Semifinals after eliminating the Los Angeles Lakers in five games.

As the No. 6 seed, the Timberwolves will hold home-court advantage over the seventh-seeded Warriors for a potential four out of seven games.

Game one tips off Tuesday, May 6, at 8:30 p.m. at Target Center. Game two follows on Thursday, May 8, at 7:30 p.m., also in Minneapolis. Both home games will feature playoff T-shirt giveaways for fans in attendance.

Minnesota enters the opener as a 6.5-point favorite over Golden State, with the Timberwolves listed at -270 on the moneyline, according to FanDuel.
