1. A Maple Grove man was sentenced Thursday for a drunk driving crash which killed a University of Minnesota researcher. Kenneth Spencer, 25, is expected to serve 42 months in prison after pleading guilty to driving drunk in November 2022, striking and killing Ebony Miller, 24, at the intersection of 10th Avenue Southeast and University Avenue. 2. Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport will introduce an online service to shorten security lines “by allowing general passengers to book a specific time,” KARE11 reports. MSP RESERVE is already in use at Terminal 2 during certain hours. (KARE11)

3. New census data shows the population of Minnesota is aging. The Minnesota Reformer reports a 4.5 percent increase in the number of senior citizens since 2000. (Reformer)

4. More details are emerging about the upcoming Bob Dylan biopic “A Complete Unknown.” Oscar nominee Timothée Chalamet will star as the Minnesota native and award-winning musician, directed by “Walk the Line” filmmaker James Mangold. Monica Barbaro and Elle Fanning also joined the cast. (GQ)
