Prosecutors in Hennepin County are seeking to move the Brooklyn Park teen’s case to adult court, citing matching ballistics evidence, witness accounts, and his existing extended juvenile probation.

Judge sets how much Feeding Our Future executive director must pay back (kare11.com) — A Minneapolis judge has ordered former Feeding Our Future executive director Aimee Bock to repay more than $5.2 million tied to the pandemic meal-fraud scheme. The ruling covers seized cash, a Porsche, and valuables from the group’s office and her Rosemount home. Another defendant has already been ordered to repay nearly $48 million for falsely claiming to serve millions of meals.
