Minneapolis police evacuated a downtown building following reports of shots fired on Monday afternoon.
MINNEAPOLIS — Minneapolis police evacuated a downtown building following reports of shots fired on Monday afternoon.
"MPD is on scene of 10 Block of E Grant for reports of shots fired inside a building," the agency said in a statement at 4:05 p.m. "MPD is evacuating residents for safety. MPD is asking everyone to stay away from the area for police operations."
About 40 minutes later, police said in an update that one adult male was taken into custody with minor injuries.
