These Twin Cities bars are among dozens statewide that can't legally receive alcohol until they pay up, the state says.
MINNESOTA — More than 40 bars and restaurants across Minnesota, including well-known spots in the Twin Cities metro area, are now banned from receiving liquor shipments after failing to pay or file taxes, according to the state’s latest posting.
