MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem is holding a press conference in Minneapolis on Friday to discuss immigration enforcement and crime in the Twin Cities.

Federal officials said the event will focus on U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) operations and what Noem called efforts to target "the worst of the worst criminal illegal aliens" in Minnesota.

Demonstrators began arriving Friday afternoon outside the Bishop Henry Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis ahead of the news conference.
