MINNETONKA, MN — A "serious" crash has shut down Minnesota Highway 7 eastbound in Minnetonka, the Minnesota Department of Transportation said at about 3:30 p.m. Tuesday.

The crash occurred between Woodland Road and Williston Road. The road is expected to be closed for about two hours. Motorists must find an alternate route.

The Minnesota Department of Transportation is investigating.
