Student Brought BB Gun To Minnetonka High School: Report
The Minnetonka principal told parents in an email that bringing guns and gun lookalikes could result in expulsion and criminal charges.

MINNETONKA, MN — Police are investigating after a Minnetonka High School student brought a BB gun to the building on Tuesday morning, according to a report. No students or staff members were injured.
In an email to parents obtained by KSTP, Principal Jeff Erickson said the student was brought to his office after the gun was revealed, and law enforcement was called to the scene.
"Please be aware and please help to make your students aware that bringing a weapon or look-alike weapon to school for any reason is against school policy and will have significant consequences, including suspension and/or expulsion from school, in addition to possible criminal charges," Erickson wrote.
