4 Arrests Made In Killing At House Near Northfield
Two of the four suspects in the July 2 killing were arrested in Montana Friday, police said.
GREENVALE TOWNSHIP, MN β Four people were arrested in the July 2 killing of Chris Lafontaine in a Greenvale Township, a small town that borders Northfield.
The Northfield Police Department arrested two suspects "soon after" the killing, according to a news release from the Dakota County Sheriff's Office. Two additional suspects were arrested in Montana Friday.
Charges have not yet been filed.

The suspects and Lafontaine knew each other, according to authorities.
County deputies found Lafontaine, 55, dead inside his house on Foliage Avenue in Greenvale Township on July 2 just before 5 p.m. while investigating a reported burglary. Witnesses told investigators they saw three people leave the house before deputies arrived.
