4-Year-Old Girl Killed In Mankato During Overnight Storms
A family was camping when a tree branch fell on their tent during last night's storms.
MANKATO, MN — A 4-year-old girl was killed in Mankato during the storms overnight.
At about 2:30 a.m. a tree branch fell on the girl's tent in Land of Memories Park, according to city officials. She was taken to a local hospital, where she died.
The girl's family, who were also in the tent, were not harmed.
