Lawrence Korda, 90

Lawrence Korda, age 90 of Northfield and former long time dentist in Winona, Minnesota, passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at the Northfield Retirement Center.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, March 10th at the Chapel of the Northfield Retirement Community with visitation 1 hour prior to Services at the Chapel. Additional Services will be held in June at the Central United Methodist Church in Winona with burial at the Woodlawn Cemetery in Winona.

Lawrence Korda is survived by his wife Annabelle of Northfield; daughters Carol Korda and husband Bruce Dalgaard of Northfield, Janet and husband Sam Boulie of Lake Oswege, OR, Susan and husband Arne Bergland of Puyallup, WA; sister Frances Memeley of Anoka; son-in-law Mark Schaefer of Grand Rapids, MI and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by daughter Joy Schaefer and 5 brothers.

In lieu of flowers memorials to Northfield Retirement Center, Central United Methodist Church in Winona, or donor’s choice.
