Survived by her Parents: Lenny and Charli Bastyr; siblings: Lee Bastyr (David Everett) Bobbi (Corey) Kotek, Jodi Bastyr, Josh (Becky) Bastyr; grandmothers: Delores Bastyr and Julie Smisek; Fiancé: Dan Machovsky; nieces and nephews: Robert Bastyr, Davis Batalden, Izzi Kotek, Brooke Bastyr, and Mason Bastyr; Fiancés parents: Don Jr. and Donna Machovsky.
