Author Jonathan Odell to Speak at Northfield Library Tuesday

Author Jonathan Odell, a finalist for the Minnesota Book Award in 2013 for his 
novel "The Healing," will speak at the Northfield Public Library at 7 p.m. 
Tuesday, Oct. 29 in the library meeting room.  

The talk is part of a Minnesota Book Awards Author Tour sponsored by Selco, according to a Patch calendar listing.

Odell grew up in Mississippi, the setting for "The Healing," and now lives in Minnesota.

The library is located at 210 Washington St. in Northfield.
