Here's How Much Snow To Expect In Northfield Wednesday: NWS

NORTHFIELD, MN — If you thought spring had sprung in Northfield, you may have to wait a bit longer-snow, albeit not much of it, is on the forecast for Wednesday, with a slight chance on Friday.

National Weather Service predicts that it will both rain and snow Wednesday morning, with less than half an inch of snow falling.

The snow will turn to rain after noon, which will helpfully keep it from sticking.

Wednesday: 70 percent chance of rain and snow, becoming all rain after noon. Less than half an inch of snow is expected. It will be mostly cloudy with a high of 40 degrees.

Wednesday night: There is a 30 percent chance of rain and snow before midnight, before turning to just snow until 1 a.m. It will be cloudy with a low of 33 degrees.

Thursday: It will be cloudy with a high of 42 degrees.

Thursday night: It will be partly cloudy with a low of 31 degrees.

Friday: There is a 30 percent chance of snow and rain before 9 a.m., then turning into a chance of just rain. It will be partly sunny with a high of 43 degrees.
