Man, 31, Killed In Haybine Accident On Southern MN Farm

RICE COUNTY, MN — A 31-year-old man was killed in a haybine farming accident in southern Minnesota on Wednesday, according to authorities.

The Rice County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the farming accident in Morristown Township at about 3:15 p.m.

The man was declared dead at the scene. He was caught in a haybine and had to be extricated, authorities said. The man was identified as Mitchell Kenneth Gregory of Waseca.

Morristown Fire and Rescue and the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources assisted at the scene.
