Northfield Arts Guild Presents Thrilling Theater and Wine Night This Weekend
The first ever TEDx event will be held at Carleton College this weekend as well. More on what's happening in Northfield this weekend is below.

Art and Wine Night at the Guild
When: 6 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, 2013.
Where: Northfield Arts Guild, 304 Division St.
Details:Â Sip wine and create in a fun environment. This is an on-going series where you can relax and unwind as you gather to create the featured work of the night.
"Night Watch"Â
When: 7:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 11, 2013.
Where: Northfield Arts Guild Theater, 411 W. Third St.
Details:Â If you're a fan of Alfred Hitchcock, then you'll love "Night Watch." Â If you just love a good story, then you'll love "Night Watch."Â
Free Yoga in Way Park
When:Â 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 5.
Where: Way Park, 720 1st St. W.
Details:Â Thanks to a Healthy Activity grant from Allina Health's NeighborhoodÂ
Health Connection, the Friends of Way Park are offering six free yogaÂ
classes in Way Park.
First TEDx event at Carleton College
When: 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013.
Where: Carleton College, 1 N. College St.
Details: The first ever TEDx event held at Carleton College will feature 20 speakers from the Carleton community covering topics from cancer research to beat-boxing to environmentalism. The central theme of the conference, "The U in Us", seeks to foster conversation about individual and group identity over the course of four different sessions. There are limited spots, so you must register before the event! Tickets for students are $5, Carleton faculty/staff/alumni and St. Olaf students are $15, and Friends of the College are $25.
