The Oakdale Business and Professional Association named the the 2012 Business of the Year.
Stacie Penn, the center's director, accepted the plaque during Oakdale's Annual Community Picnic on June 21 at the Oakdale Fire Station. The Carol Mathey's Center is located at 6060 43rd Street.
