Woodbury Leadership Academy (WLA) is a tuition-free, K-12 public charter school where high expectations and success matter to all! The following people were arrested between 7 a.m. Sunday, June 12, and 7 a.m. Monday, June 13, according to the Washington County sheriff's office: <ul> <li>Ethan John Hemann, 19, of Oakdale, turned himself in on a warrant for traffic offenses and possession of marijuana.</li> <li>Kyle David Niesen, 23, of Cottage Grove, arrested on Carver Avenue in Oakdale for non-payment of child support.</li> </ul> Charges listed should be considered pending, and will not necessarily match official charges from the courts. It is possible those listed will not be officially charged. Listed are residents of Oakdale who were arrested in Washington County, and anyone who  was arrested in Oakdale regardless of city of residence. Those listed are considered innocent until proven guilty.
