Visions for Vacancies: It Was a Dance Studio. Now What?

You used to be able to get your groove on there, but now the space sits empty.

A dance studio used to fill the unit of Hadley Plaza at 5701 Hadley Avenue, but now the dance academy has moved to Mahtomedi. What should take its place?

The space is 1,428 square feet and it is part of Hadley Plaza. It is located at the corner of Hadley Avenue and Century Avenue, near I-694. There is pile-on signage for a new business, plus nearby shopping, a movie theater, apartments, a golf course and gas station. 

Hadley Plaza was built in 2002. 

Jim Edberg of Crossroads Properties said the space would work well for any service-type business, including financial planners, chiropractic or mortgage office.

Crossroads Properties is also leasing two other available spaces in Hadley Plaza next to the vacant dance studio. Space at 5705 Hadley Ave. and 5703 Hadley Ave. are available and are 2,175 square feet and 1,730 square feet respectively. Wells Fargo used to occupy 5705 and Wholesale Fitness used to occupy 5703.
