• Variances granted for greenhouse and grain bin (pipestonestar.com) — Pipestone County’s Board of Appeals has approved setback variances for a new greenhouse and a large grain bin in Osborne Township, allowing both projects to be built closer to nearby roads than normally permitted. No public objections were raised, and county staff, including the highway engineer, reported no concerns as long as the new structures don’t extend closer than existing ones.
