Survived by children, Cindy Mastley-LaVine, Deb (Mike) Johnson, Angie (Steve) Gehlen, John (Debbie) Mastley, Tarrie (Brad) Davenport, and Kris (Rick) Holtmeyer; special friend, Marge; 13 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren; sister, Rita; brothers, Victor and Earl.

Mel was owner/operator of Quality Auto Service in Plymouth, MN and active in the Community, his church, the Knights of Columbus and the Boy Scout Program.
