Tutor-Mentors work with the same student twice a week for the school year to help them achieve success in school and in life--apply today!
Rediscover the joys of learning by volunteering with Project for Pride in Living (PPL)’s afterschool youth programs! We help hundreds of students from low-income communities be successful in school through engaging activities in a positive environment that’s full of laughter and smiles.
PPL’s youth program in New Hope is a 1:1 tutoring and mentoring program for students in grades K-10 living in PPL affordable and supportive housing. Volunteers are matched with an individual student and work together on reading, relationship building, and academic engagement for 4 hours/week, October-May.

- Teen Group: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4:30-6:30 pm
