Burger From Richfield Restaurant Gets High Marks

RICHFIELD, MN — There's a new burger in town, and it's one you should try. Joy Summers, a food critic at the Star Tribune, recommends the Smash Burger at Richfield's Protagonist Kitchen and Bar.

"Like McDonald's, but make it fancy," Summers writes of the burger, which comes with onions, American cheese, lettuce "and that special sauce."

The Protagonist Kitchen is located at 6601 Lyndale Avenue South in Richfield. Happy hour is Tuesday to Friday from 3 to 6 p.m.
