Highway 77 North Will Close This Weekend

The closures are a part of the Highway 77/Cedar Avenue construction project.​

BLOOMINGTON, MN — Motorists will not be able to use northbound Highway 77 between the Minnesota River and Interstate 494 in Bloomington this weekend. Those lanes will close Friday at 8 p.m. so that crews from the Minnesota Department of Transportation can resurface the pavement.

These ramps will also close at that time:

  • E. Old Shakopee Road to northbound Highway 77
  • Cliff Road to northbound Highway 77
  • Diffley Road to northbound Highway 77
  • Highway 13 to northbound Highway 77

All northbound Highway 77 lanes and ramps are set to reopen at 5 a.m. on Monday. Southbound Highway 77 and all of its entrance and exit ramps will remain open.
