Rotary Awards $15K to 15 to Local Programs, Organizations

Each year the organization aims to give $15,000 to community and international programs.

Once again, Richfield Rotary has fulfilled its goal to award local programs and organizations with thousands of dollars in grants.

Each year Richfield Rotary aims to give $15,000 to community and international programs through various fundraisers. This year, Rotary was able to provide $14,150 to the following recipients:

  • MIRA ($1,000);
  • Community Involvement Program ($400);
  • Opportunity Partners ($1,000);
  • Southdale YMCA ($1,500);
  • Richfield Symphonic Band ($300);
  • AVID ($1,050);
  • Richfield Historical Society ($900);
  • Fraser School ($1,000);
  • Richfield Fourth of July Celebration ($500);
  • Headway Emotional Health Services ($1,500);
  • Fill a Mind and Heart ($750);
  • India Matching Grant ($1,000);
  • Musical Instrument Loan Program ($1,000);
  • Richfield Police and Fire Safety Day ($750);
  • VEAP ($1,500).
