Rochester Public Schools moves to keep counselors as a 'fixed' expense (postbulletin.com) — Rochester Public Schools will keep school counselors as a centrally funded, “fixed” expense, honoring a $5 million annual commitment made during the 2024 referendum even as the district faces $8.4 million in cuts.
