• North Wind buys land for $1B aerospace complex (finance-commerce.com) — Rosemount is set to host a $1 billion Minnesota Aerospace Complex at UMore Park, bringing advanced wind tunnels, hypersonic testing, and major cleanup of long-polluted land. Construction could start next spring, with some operations by 2027 and full build-out by 2030, creating hundreds of construction jobs and new long-term positions while adding significant tax revenue for the city.
