• SSC swimming: North boys explode in season-opening victory (hometownsource.com) — Rosemount High School’s boys swimmers and divers opened their South Suburban Conference season with a tough loss to a deep Lakeville North squad, but several Irish athletes still shined. Rosemount’s top diver nearly won the board event, while Wes Knapp, Nolen Hansen, and breaststroke winner Mackenzie Schroeder led strong individual swims that suggest the team could be very competitive as the season unfolds.
