The Environmental Assessment Worksheet for the Victoria Shores development was determined complete at the September 27, 2021 Council meeting and is now available to review.

On June 7, 2021 the City Council adopted Resolution 11812, determining that an EAW for the proposed 8 unit Victoria Shores development was needed. Following staff and City consultant review of the proposed EAW, the document was determined to be complete at the September 27 City Council meeting. 

The completed Environmental Assessment Worksheet (PDF, 118 MB) will be submitted to the Minnesota Environmental Quality Board for publication in the EQB Monitor, commencing a 30 day public comment period.
