• Top Twin Cities industrial property sales of 2025 (finance-commerce.com) — Several major industrial properties that include sites in Roseville changed hands in 2025, as outside investors snapped up distribution centers and warehouses across the Twin Cities. A 16-building portfolio with locations in Roseville sold for $75 million, while another large warehouse near highways 280 and 35W, close to Roseville, fetched more than $53 million, underscoring strong demand for last‑mile and logistics space. 
• Boys basketball roundup: Litchfield Dragons light it up to beat Concordia Beacons (wctrib.com) — Roseville’s Concordia Academy Beacons boys basketball team fell 86-74 to Litchfield in the Crusader Christmas Classic at St. Cloud Cathedral, despite four players scoring in double figures.
