Free Concert Thursday Night at Central Park by Shoreview Variety Band

The Shoreview Northern Lights Variety Band  is scheduled to perform at 7:30 p.m. Thursday (July 18) at the Frank Rog Amphitheatre at Roseville's Central Park. 
The free show is part of the city Parks and Recreation's series of free outdoor summer concerts at Central Park-Lexington East, 2540 Lexington Ave. N. 
The Shoreview group is comprised of community members ages 16 and older. It is under the baton of music director Merle Danielson, a former instrumental music instructor at St. Joseph's School in West St. Paul. 
Danielson is also a a trombone player. 
Roseville's free outdoor concerts  continue through mid-August.
