How Can You Çare for Those Suffering Memory Loss?
The free program will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Fairview Community Center.

The Roseville Area Senior Program and Arthur’s Residential Care are sponsoring a free program on Wednesday (July 10) titled "Find Comfort in Caregiving for Those With Memory Loss."
The two-hour program begins at 1 p.m. in Room 108 at the Fairview Community Center, 1910 County Road B West in Roseville.
Session attendees will get the chance to learn about resources and support services available "to ease your burdens and maximize your relationships when caring for a loved one," according to Lori La Bey, a program presenter and the founder of Alzheimer's Speaks.

La Bey also said a panel of members from Arthur’s Memory Café will discuss what a Memory Café is, how it has affected their lives, why it is beneficial and how you can join one. Meanwhile, Melissa Seeley of Senior Community Services,a local community based nonprofit, will demonstrate CareNextion, an online tool for caregivers.
La Bey, who grew up in Roseville, brought the first U.K. Memory Café to the U.S., which is in Roseville. She was recognized last year by Sharecare and Dr. Mehmet Oz as the No. 1 online information influencer for Alzheimer’s.
