The Ramsey County Attorney’s Office on Thursday charged  a Roseville massage therapist with two counts of inappropriately and sexually touching a female client.

Facing one count of fourth-degree and fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct is Brandon Lee Palmer, 30, owner of Serene Body Therapy

Palmer's charges stem from a complaint lodged against him this past February to Roseville Police, according to a news release issued by law enforcement agency. A female client alleged Palmer inappropriately touched her during a scheduled massage at his shop. 2780 Snelling Avenue Suite 304.

Tuesday this week, Roseville Police arrested Palmer as he arrived for work, the department said. Palmer denied any wrongdoing, the news release said.

Palmer is currently licensed by Roseville to conduct a massage therapy business and is licensed as a massage therapist.
"The Roseville business licensing authority is currently reviewing today’s criminal complaint and will decide in coming days whether to suspend/revoke Palmer’s business and massage therapist licenses," the police department said.

Palmer was released earlier Thursday from jail and is scheduled to make his court appearance on Aug. 1 at the Ramsey County Law Enforcement Center.

Meanwhile, Roseville Police said they are investigating whether anyone else may have been inappropriately touched by Palmer.
