Massage Therapist Charged, Mixed Housing Report-Roseville Rewind

The Ramsey County Attorney’s Office  this past Thursday charged  a Roseville massage therapist with two counts of inappropriately and sexually touching a female client.Â
Facing one count of fourth-degree and fifth-degree criminal sexual conduct is Brandon Lee Palmer, 30, owner of Serene Body Therapy. Palmer has denied any wrongdoing.Â
