Vision For Vacancy: What Would You Like To See in This Space?

When the Walgreeens store at Lexington Plaza Shoppes moved to a new location,  the retailer's departure this past winter left a major hole at the strip shopping center in Roseville. 

To be precise: There is now 11,112 square feet available for lease, according to spokeswoman at Paster Enterprises, the St. Paul-based owner and manager of Lexington Plaza Shoppes.
 
So, what would you like to see come into the neighborhood? 

"We are willing to divide the space up so that more than one tenant can reside in the large space," said Jessica Peterson, a marketing assistant at Paster Enterprises. She said Paster's leasing agent s Mike Sturdivant and he can be contacted at 651-265-7871 or MSturdivant@pasterent.com.  

And, oh, Walgreens. It moved into a new building at the southwest corner of Lexington and Larpenteur avenues.
