• Jacqualine Kelzer (southcountypublications.net) — Shakopee is remembering Jacqualine “Jackie” Kelzer, born there in 1944 and set to be honored at a future memorial service at St. Mark’s Cemetery in town. The longtime gardener and devoted football fan leaves children in Rochester, Gifford, Minneapolis, and Athens, along with many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
