Cell Phone Video Shows ICE Agent’s Vantage In Shooting Of Renee Nicole Good
The footage shows the exchange with officers and the moments immediately before shots were fired.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Newly posted video taken from a cell phone shows the ICE agent’s perspective in the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good, the 37-year-old woman killed Wednesday during a federal immigration operation in south Minneapolis.

The video begins with the ICE agent stepping out of his vehicle and approaching Renee Nicole Good’s Honda Pilot.
- A brief verbal exchange occurs between the agent and Good, who remains seated in the driver’s seat.
- Good is heard saying, "That’s fine, dude, I’m not mad at you."
- A second woman, identified as Good's spouse, is standing outside the vehicle and engages with the agent, referencing the vehicle’s license plate.
- During that exchange, the spouse says, You wanna come at us?” and, “Go get yourself some lunch, big boy.”
- Moments later, another agent approaches the driver’s side of the vehicle and orders Good to get out.
- The video then shows Good turning the steering wheel to the right and beginning to drive
- As the vehicle moves, the phone camera becomes unsteady
- The agent is heard saying, "Whoa," followed by gunshots.
- The Honda Pilot crashes into a parked car down the road.
- The agent is heard saying, "f***ing b****"
Federal officials have said the ICE agent fired in self-defense, claiming Good attempted to strike officers with her vehicle. City leaders and witnesses called the shooting an act of murder.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension has withdrawn from the case after being removed from the investigation, which is now being handled solely by federal authorities.
Good was a U.S. citizen and the mother of three. Her killing has sparked protests in Minneapolis and drawn national attention amid heightened federal immigration enforcement activity in Minnesota.
