Light Snow Possible This Weekend: Minnesota Weather
The National Weather Service says southern Minnesota has the best chance to see light snow by Sunday.
TWIN CITIES, MN — The National Weather Service says southern Minnesota could see a light dusting of snow between Thursday and Sunday, with the best chances in areas near Worthington, Albert Lea, and Rochester.
Most locations across southern and western Minnesota have a 40–50 percent chance of seeing at least 0.1 inch of snow, according to the Twin Cities forecast office. Expected totals are less than 1 inch for most of the region.
Areas north of the Twin Cities, including St. Cloud, Cambridge, and Brainerd, are not expected to see measurable snow this weekend.
