List: Minnesota Cannabis Businesses Hit With Delivery Freeze

MINNESOTA — The Minnesota Department of Revenue has added more than two dozen businesses to the state’s November cannabis "no-delivery" posting after determining they were at least 10 days delinquent in filing or paying required taxes, according to records updated Nov. 14

Under Minnesota law, the posting temporarily prevents cannabis cultivators, manufacturers, microbusinesses, mezzobusinesses, medical cannabis combination businesses, wholesalers, and industrial hemp growers from delivering product to the listed businesses.

The November non-delivery date is Nov. 20.

The posting reflects only a tax-compliance status that can be resolved at any time, after which the Department of Revenue removes the business from the list.

The newly posted businesses for November include a wide range of retailers, smoke shops, gas stations, bakeries, cafés, and cannabis-sector operators across Minnesota.

According to the document, the newly listed businesses are
