St. Paul To Host Traditional St. Patrick's Day Parade Thursday
Thursday will see the first traditional St. Patrick's Day Parade in St. Paul since the COVID-19 pandemic struck.
ST. PAUL, MN — The city of St. Paul and the St. Patrick's Association Thursday will host a traditional St. Patrick's Day Parade for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic struck.
The 2020 parade was canceled and the 2021 parade was drive-thru style and held at the parking lot of the closed Sears building near the Minnesota State Capitol.
Thursday's parade will start at 12 p.m. It will start Rice Park, go down 5th Street, and then end at Mears Park on 5th street.

Miss Shamrock, the 2022 Shamrock Princesses, The St. Paul Blaney Brothers will all be there.
Following the parade, attendees can join in the fun at the Ballpark Hooley taking place at nearby CHS Field. The event will feature live music by The Northerly Gales and Tim Sigler, Rince Na Chroi Irish dancers, plus food and beverages.
