Want Input on Linden Hills' Development Plan?

After months of preliminary work, the Linden Hills Neighborhood Council (LHiNC) is poised to launch the very first public phase of a process that will ultimately create a plan to guide future neighborhood development.

Sept. 23, the public will be invited to an open house at from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. to find out more about the development plan, called a According to an announcement from the City of Minneapolis, whose planners are working with the neighborhood group to write the plan, topics discussed will include: 

The purpose of the open house will be to provide information on the small area plan process, the need for a small area plan in Linden Hills, solicit community input on whether the small area planning process should move forward, and whether to reallocate Linden Hills Neighborhood Council funds to finance the development of the plan.
