What's Open, Closed On MLK Jr. Day In Minneapolis 2022
Here's a look at what will be opened, and what will be closed, on Martin Luther King Jr. Day in Minneapolis
MINNEAPOLIS — All Minneapolis city government offices, including Minneapolis 311 and the Minneapolis Service Center at 505 Fourth. Ave. S., will be closed on Monday, Jan. 17, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
City-owned parking meters will not be enforced. City offices will resume regular business hours on Tuesday.
There are no changes to city garbage and recycling pick-up schedules. Regular pickups will be made on Monday, according to a news release.

Privately owned parking meters may still be enforced on Monday. Minneapolis police and fire emergency services and 911 are not affected by the holiday.
