1 Dead, 1 Arrested After Pedestrian-Car Crash In Forest Lake
The deadly crash happened at around 1:20 p.m., authorities said.
FOREST LAKE, MN — One man was arrested after a crash that killed a pedestrian in Forest Lake on Sunday.
At about 1:20 p.m., Forest Lake police officers responded to 95 Broadway Avenue West for a report of a pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle.
Officers, EMS, and fire personnel treated the victim with life-saving measures, but they died at the scene.

The driver of the vehicle was arrested and booked into Washington County Jail on suspicion of criminal vehicular homicide. This investigation is ongoing.
Forest Lake officers were assisted by the Minnesota State Patrol, Wyoming Police Department, Chisago County Sheriff’s Office, and Washington County Sheriff’s Office.
