2 Fires At Same House This Week Near Stillwater
The second blaze left the home uninhabitable, according to the chief, who said the fires were less than 48 hours apart.

STILLWATER, MN — Stillwater firefighters responded to two fires at one house in the same week, according to the chief.
The home on 136th Street North in May Township was uninhabitable after the second blaze Thursday morning, Fire Chief Stuart Glaser said.
The first incident occurred 10:30 p.m. Tuesday, when a fire started in the attached garage, but emergency personnel were able to put it out, protecting the majority of the house, according to Glaser.

Less than 48 hours later, authorities responded again to the address, where the roof was on fire at 6:45 a.m. Thursday, he said, adding the second incident left the occupants displaced.
No one was injured in either fire and both blazes are under investigation, according to Glaser.
