Crews Prepare For Gutter, Curb Concrete Pours On Neal Avenue
Residents will be allowed to park their vehicles on the street once the curb is installed.

STILLWATER, MN — Property owners on Neal Avenue will not have access to their driveways for at least five days as construction crews prepare to pour concrete curbs and gutters this week.
Residents will be allowed to park their vehicles on the street once the curb is installed. Expect detours in the area as work begins.
However, most streets will remain open to traffic in some form during the construction, city officials said. Streets will not close in the evenings or on weekends.
