Historic Photo Captures Northwest Thresher Staff in Stillwater
The photo, which is framed and matted, was recently listed on eBay.

A classic print of the staff at the then-Advanced Rumley tractor, which would be the home of the Rumley steam thresher production line in Stillwater, is up for bid on eBay.
The building opened as the Northwest Thresher Co. in Stillwater, and was acquired by Rumley in 1912.Â

According to Edward Yost, who put the item up for bid, if bidders would like to look at the listing, they can just punch in the item number 261205220978 in eBay's search area.
"We live in Ramsey, (just north of Anoka)," Yost stated in an email to Stillwater Patch. "The photograph is dated 1926, and was made by Edmund A. Brush Studios in Minneapolis (he's the son of James Brush). They are quite reknown for their images of railroad, agriculture, etc. It's LARGE, 29 inches across x 12 3/4 inches tall, framed and matted. On eBay you can zoom in and get some close up views."
