Lawn-Watering Restrictions In Stillwater: What To Know
Residents are only allowed to water their lawns before 10 a.m. or after 5 p.m. on their scheduled days, officials said.
STILLWATER, MN — With summer now officially underway, Stillwater officials are encouraging residents to conserve water by following the city’s daytime irrigation ban and odd-even watering schedule.
Residents are only allowed to water their lawns before 11 a.m. or after 5 p.m. on their scheduled days, officials said. The city's daytime irrigation ban runs from June 1 until Oct. 1.
Homes and businesses with even-numbered addresses should water their lawns on even-numbered dates, with odd-numbered homes and businesses allowed to water on odd dates.

Residents with private wells or who don't have access to the city water supply do not have to follow Stillwater's lawn-watering restrictions. The ordinance does not apply to residents washing their cars, filling pools or watering shrubs, flowers or trees, officials said.
